What happens before my window clean?: You’ll receive a reminder email the day before your scheduled window clean so you always know when we’re coming.

During your window clean: We will clean the glass, frames, sills, and doors on every visit. You do not need to be home when we come, all we need from you is clear access on the day (unlock any gates if needed)

After your window clean: You’ll receive an email with an invoice so you can pay via bank transfer. You’ll also have the option to set up automatic payments, allowing us to collect payment after each visit without you having to lift a finger.

How often do you visit?: We will visit every 8 or 12 weeks depending on what you choose. We also offer one off cleans.

Who will be coming to clean my windows?: A fully trained window cleaning professional will attend your property with one goal in mind: to leave your windows and doors looking fantastic.
